How do I get my parts refinished?
If you do not have an account with us, please contact us prior to shipping parts.
Complete an online order request here.
Inspect all of your parts thoroughly. If you do have a
damaged part, please inform us before sending it. We ask that ALL parts be broken
down as far as possible - Please remove electronics, wires, clips, lock rods, etc.
If it can be removed from the part and does not affect the refinishing process please
remove it. Any and all electrical components MUST be removed prior to sending the
parts to us. If you are not sure about a certain part, please ask us before sending.
Will the StickyNoMore finish look the same as the original coating?
StickyNoMore coated parts look fantastic while closely matching the interior
factory color. NOTE: The thick sticky coating covering factory interior
parts often hides manufacturing defects in the underlying plastic. We
strive to make all refinished parts look as best as possible, however in
some cases small defects in the factory plastic may become visible. We
also may need to use decal overlays on some parts.
If you are opposed to using decals, please advise us PRIOR to sending your parts.
Every make and model and part is different on how it is refinished. We do not laser etch parts.
How long does it take to finish my parts?
Turnaround time varies with the
amount and condition of your parts. In most cases your parts will be returned shipped
within 10-14 business days. Need it faster? Expedited processing is optional on most orders. Contact Us for rates and turnaround times. You may check the status of your order here.
How do I ship the parts to Stickynomore?
Please break down all parts as far as possible.
DO NOT SEND any electronics, this includes but not limited to wires, HVAC control boards,
lighter assemblies, etc, we will not be responsible for any electronics returned that do not function properly.
Wrap all your parts carefully so they do not
get damaged in transit. Bubble wrap works well. Do not wrap them in newspaper or the like.
The thin paper sticks to the parts and is difficult to remove. Fedex or UPS are your best
options to ship the parts, we do NOT recommend USPS, we have had many issues with deliveries.
You get what you pay for.
There is no need to request a signature confirmation. Sometimes we are not in the shop when
the parts are delivered and nobody will be there to sign for your box. This may extend the
time it takes to get started on your job. Your parts will be left in a secure location if
we are not there to receive them.
Our ship to address is on the Contact page, please print out a
shipment form and place it in the box with your parts or make
sure to place a note in the box with all your contact information. Always contact us prior
to sending your parts.
How do I pay for the services?
We offer several different methods of payment,
we will be happy to go over each one when you are ready to send us your parts.
How do I remove my parts to send?
Please check our
help section for instructions on removing parts. If the video clips
do not help just send us an email and we will try to guide you through the removal process.
What model vehicles do you work on?
We have worked on parts for many different
vehicles to include Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW,
Mercedes Benz, etc. Our work is not limited to those models, please send us an email for your
specific vehicle needs
Is there any way to get a discount by helping StickNoMore grow?
Looking for a price
break? We are currently looking for more part removal instructions and will gladly give discounts
to customers who will create these for us. Create a high quality removal PDF that matches
this one and we'll

Still have a question?
I can not recommend your work more highly, and I consider myself to be extremely picky.
The refinish quality, surface texture and color-match are perfect. Considering that these
are very expensive to replace, highly visible parts, your refinishing costs are beyond
reasonable. I can't thank you enough for my "new" interior.
